A Brief Description of Common Service Types:
Same Day (Emergency)-
If schedule permits (and it usually does), services can be deployed on the same day of customer contact.
If emergency service is not available on that day, you will be given the option of "next day" service.
Next Day-
Service will be scheduled for the next available appointment suiting the customer's needs. with luck, the next day may be the same day!
On Site-
When feasible, the preferred method of service.
A reasonable fuel fee is usually charged for "on site" services. (without coupon)
A fuel fee is charged for customers receiving no additional services.
Pick Up-
Unfortunately, not all solutions can be reached outside of the lab, hence the need for "pick up" and "drop off" services.
Estimated completion/return date will be provided with an inventory sheet of items taken back to the lab.
A reasonable fuel fee is usually charged for "pick up" services.
Drop Off-
Often times an economical way to receive digital services. (No additional fuel fees)
Not all services can be "drop off" services. (some must be deployed on site)
